  • Blue Jeans in good shape and without holes.
  • Sneakers or non-slip shoes in good shape and no holes.
  • No open toe or exposed heal shoes
  • Any BTE logo t-shirt or tank top (tanks can be worn by females only).
  • Any Black or dark blue liquor or beer logo shirt of product we carry.
  • Plain black or dark blue t-shirts, polo shirts button down, sweatshirts or cardigans.
  • Short black apron must be worn by all servers.
  • Kitchen employees may wear chef wear  no sleeveless or tank tops.
  • Unique hair styles that may get in the way of performing job functions must be pulled back.
  • Hats may be worn, can be sports themed, liquor themed or plain.
  • Black dress pants and a white button down long sleeve shirt neatly pressed daily.
  • Black non-slip shoes without holes and in good shape.
  • No open toe or exposed heal shoes.
  • Bistro black apron must be worn by all servers.
  • Kitchen staff may wear chef wear – no sleeveless or tank tops
  • Kitchen staff – blue jeans that cover entire leg and black shirt.
  • Sushi staff – blue jeans that cover entire leg and plain shirt no logos.
  • Unique hair styles that may get in the way of performing job functions must be pulled back.
  • Chef hats and ball caps may be worn, ball cap can be Red Sox or a plain colored cap approved by management. Bandanas may also be worn with approval from management. (Kitchen/Sushi)
  • Black dress pants and a black button down long sleeve shirt neatly pressed daily.
  • Black non-slip shoes without holes and in good shape.
